I was looking for an X5 for my wife and spotted one for sale at Oliver Cars. The car was advertised at a price I thought was good value, the only problem is I live in Glasgow and the car was in Suffolk. I made enquiry and spoke with Justin who gave me what he considered an honest appraisal of the car with the caveat that he would not allow me to travel down from Glasgow if the car wasn’t good enough to sell to me. Justin then sent me videos and copies of documents for the car. I took the plunge and travelled down to Suffolk and I have to say that although Justin would not commit to calling it immaculate, it absolutely is. Justin is without doubt an honest and easy to deal with person, I am a mature petrol head with lots of experience of different cars, if Oliver Cars are selling a car your looking for, give Justin a phone, you wont be disappointed. I would definitely recommend Oliver cars . I recently purchased a Suzuki Grand Vitara from Mr Oliver who was straightforward and easy to deal with. After a three hour journey from home to view the vehicle he even made me a cup of tea! We had a good long test drive and he was happy to answer all of our, many, questions. I inadvertently forgot to take the rubber mats which were beside the vehicle having just been cleaned and I’ve just phoned him ....he’s putting them in the post for me! Pleased with my car and the service received.

Title says it all! I purchased a beautiful RS6 from here & cannot fault the service received. They answered all of my queries quickly, gave detailed pics, even pointing out a minor blemish I wouldn’t have spotted. They understood that I was travelling a long way to see the car & were attentive to my every question (there were lots of them!). When I arrived I was collected promptly from the station and given plenty of time to examine the car. They even made several calls to get some technical questions I had answered by the previous owner. A long un-rushed test drive was completed and a very happy purchase made. The car was very competitively priced compared to main dealer prices for similar spec’d/mileage car. Very very happy. Their service is so good that when a gremlin raised its head a few months later the company paid for the issue to be resolved at my local Audi Centre without any quibbles. I’d been in the market for an M2 for quite some time, waiting for the right one to come up. When I saw the one for sale at Oliver Cars I phoned Justin and he was able to provide a wealth of information, I then mentioned I was 3 and a half hours away so he followed up with personal videos of the vehicle. No question was too small and Justin was always contactable. Once I’d decided this was the one, I placed a deposit and arranged to view/collect the vehicle the following week, understand though we had a lot to get done in one day! It took a little longer then expected for the finance to go through but Justin was understanding of the distance I’d travelled and arrangements were made. All in all I would gladly recommend Oliver Cars!
